How I work
I practise evidence-led therapy — cognitive behavioural therapy at the core, widened with family and couple work when the problem does not live in one person alone.
- Assessment first. The first sessions map the problem properly — history, patterns, strengths — before any plan is made.
- Plans you can hold. CBT gives you something to practise between sessions, not only something to discuss inside them.
- Measured progress. We review what is shifting — mood, sleep, work, closeness — in plain terms, at honest intervals.

Adults, adolescents and couples. The doors people most often walk in through:

The hour
Sessions run fifty minutes. Frequency is usually weekly to begin with, then spaced as things hold.
